HTPS provides solutions that combine both service and product, starting with a scoping study and running all the way through to commissioning. Field Services is the technical arm that makes it real: rehabilitation, correct product and solution selection, inspection of old and new pipelines, and installation support with reputable contractors.

Clean flange surfaces

So that the embedded stubs seal properly under load.

Correct bolt torquing

Applied right the first time to avoid re-tightening callbacks.

Inspection that protects the
lowest total cost of ownership.

Pre-installation scoping and feasibility studies, comprehensive inspections, and value-adding support for the installer or main contractor, pre and post installation. Once operational, the Field Services technical team carries out periodic condition evaluation.

The factory based refurbishment service is an alternative to full pipeline replacement, offered as a maintenance plan option. It reduces cost and delivers fast turnaround compared with traditional capital expenditure projects, with scope ranging from an extensive upgrade all the way down to joint replacement, dependent on the customer’s budget and timeline.
